Synopsis:

She used her own experiences bulimia and the painful breakdown of her marriage to diminish the class barriers and bring to the fore such serious and contemporary issues. Her controversial work high lighting the evil of land mines and the subsequent suffering of the innocent victims was, before her involvement, unseen by the eyes of the world.
